The server time zone value ‘�й���׼ʱ��‘ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone

启动spring boot项目，报如下错误：

  1. Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value '�й���׼ʱ��' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.
  2.     at sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance0(Native Method) ~[na:1.8.0_161]
  3.     at sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance(NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.java:62) ~[na:1.8.0_161]
  4.     at sun.reflect.DelegatingConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance(DelegatingConstructorAccessorImpl.java:45) ~[na:1.8.0_161]
  5.     at java.lang.reflect.Constructor.newInstance(Constructor.java:423) ~[na:1.8.0_161]

解决方案：

在JDBC连接参数设置 ： serverTimezone=UTC

如下：

  1. url: jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/test?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&serverTimezone=UTC
