【日常Exception】第三十五回：springboot启动服务端口被占用 Web server failed to start. Port 8098 was already in use.

## 1、问题 ##

今天在本地启动程序时，报了如下错误提示：

***************************
    APPLICATION FAILED TO START
    ***************************
    
    Description:
    
    Web server failed to start. Port 8098 was already in use.
    
    Action:
    
    Identify and stop the process that's listening on port 8098 or configure this application to listen on another port.

提示端口被占用啦！！！

## 2、解决方式 ##

因为是微服务的启动程序端口，一般不大可能被占用。有时候，可能是JVM的虚拟机启动的前一个程序，进程还未杀死关闭导致。。但也有可能是同名端口的其他进程，所以要先查找一下才知道。

第一步，通过cmd命令，查看端口使用情况：

> 输入netstat -ano

查看占用端口的情况，会出现如图显示：

也可以通过命令查找指定端口信息：

> netstat -ano |findstr “端口号”

我以本地端口举例，如：

查看到，当前 1047 端口的进程id为：2220

第二步，打开任务管理器，查看对应进程的使用情况，杀死被占用进程或是改用新端口号：

可以看到，2220 这个进程，正在被QQ程序运行使用中。所以，如果你的运行程序，与这个端口相同冲突的话，那你可以决定是**直接结束这个被占用的进程**，或是**改用新的端口号**，就ok啦！
