错误信息：

> `解决办法`

尝试去[https://mvnrepository.com/][https_mvnrepository.com]下载，但是发现全部都下载不下来  
然后后面看到这篇文章：[https://blog.csdn.net/weixin\_38361347/article/details/86377819][https_blog.csdn.net_weixin_38361347_article_details_86377819]，也是一样的思路。  
后来尝试把依赖直接放入项目（可以放在springcloud依赖下面，放一块），发现它和spring cloud是一样的类型：type=pom。  
这时再次启动，成功。
