解决AndroidStudio项目运行Program type already present异常

异常信息：  
FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

  Program type already present: android.support.v4.accessibilityservice.AccessibilityServiceInfoCompat$AccessibilityServiceInfoIcsImpl

问题原因: Program type already present，通常是重复加载了某个包，  
我的问题是重复加载了，app/libs目录的android-support-v4.jar依赖包

解决方法：修改 app/build.gradle 文件  
将  
dependencies \{  
    implementation 'com.android.support:support-v4:23.4.0'  
    implementation fileTree(dir: 'libs', include: \['\*.jar'\])  
\}  
修改为  
dependencies \{  
    implementation 'com.android.support:support-v4:23.4.0'  
    implementation fileTree(dir: 'libs', include: \['\*.jar'\], exclude: \['android-support-v4.jar'\])  
\}
