 *  安装一个package 报错
    
     *  `最近觉得laravel collect非常棒, 所以 composer require illuminate/support v5.0.0`
     *  Your configuration does not allow connections to [http://packagist.phpcomposer.com/packages.json][http_packagist.phpcomposer.com_packages.json]

### 分析 ###

*  根据提示查看composer.json
