**       Welcome to my Main Text , this's the reading text in the moring. And It give me more power about English. This text will give you a class about suggestions and emotions. You can full of power reading or repeat the text in the moring. And Then I 'll ues the other powfull way to study the  storys, songs, movie about English. That's sounds great, right? **

One years ago I have write a story about Emotional Mastery. In that mini-story the spider across the Ocean and get the goal. Today I will introduce the another story from the AJ Hoge.

###  Main Text about Thought Mastery.  ###

He think that we should control and manage our thoughts. And in our daily life, we can shift our motivation,thoughts and emotion.

So how to do this. There was a techniques of NLP is to take images that you have in your brain and to modify them and change them. If you have the negitive emotion about English Class. You can chang the bed image to the good ones in your mind.

AJ introduct the techniques of NLP\_Neuro Linguistic programming.

When he said the word"English Class", what do you thought about the Class? Did you see the Engish teacher? the students? the English text book? Do the students look happy? What about the quality of the picture in you head? That's important what you thought.

He told us to  be thought master and control your thought.If your picture in your head , you can do somthing to change that.

### So how should we do? ###

You can add some color in the unhappy picture. You can make person wear the colorful clothes and have the big simll on their face. Even though, you can make some background muic in the picture.

Then you can make the negitive picture darker and darker  on your brain. It'll more smaller and smaller untill it's disappearence on your brain.

The next step that put yourself into the positive picture. And you are the member of the great picture. And eveyday do this 100 times ，200 times or 500 times in a row, very quickly.

AJ think we'll find that it will make big changes to the way you feel about English and will really boost yp and stengthen our motivation.
