> pip install scipy

使用pip安装numpy没有问题，但安装pandas时出现如下问题。尝试过通过升级setuptools，无果。

## 解决方案 ##

安装pip3，然后用pip3进行pandas和scipy等软件的安装

> sudo apt-get install python3-pip
        > pip3 install pandas
        > pip3 install scipy
