Windows Azure提供了管理网站:https://windows.azure.com 让管理员和开发人员登录并且管理Windows Azure的资源。最新的管理网站版本是基于Silverlight开发的。

1)您必须拥有一个Windows Live ID，如果没有请先注册。

2)登录账户，购买一个Windows Azure服务。

微软提供90天内免费试用Windows Azure服务。您可以在90天内免费运行具有1GB数据库的小型实例。（需要绑定您的信用卡，但是可以设置最最小使用量）

以下是提供的每月免费的Windows Azure资源：

*  **计算：**750 个小时的小型计算（可以将全部时间用于运行 1 个小型实例，或者也将此时间按比例分配用于运行多个小型实例）
 *  **存储：**20GB（包括 5 万个存储事务）
 *  **数据传输：**20 GB 传出/不受限制的入站数据传输
 *  **关系数据库：**1G Web 版本 SQL Azure 数据库
 *  **访问控制：**100,000 个事务
 *  **服务总线：**2 个连接
 *  **AppFabric 缓存：**128 MB 缓存

登录后的界面如下图：

**地缘组**

**管理证书**

Windows Azure管理服务既可以通过Web Potal访问，也可以使用Rest接口访问。管理服务的Rest接口

使用X509客户端证书进行验证。用户需要上传一个合法的X509客户端证书到Windows Azure开发Portal，

以后客户端就可以使用这个证书，通过Rest接口来管理Azure平台。我会在后面详细介绍。

**托管服务**

一个项目最多可以有6个托管服务

一个托管服务包含两个不同的环境，开发环境(staing environment)和生产环境(production environment)

所以最多有6\*2=12个Azure 站点服务。

**存储账户**

一个项目最多可以有6个存储帐号。每个帐号最多存储100T的数据，可以是Blob,Table,Queue的任意组合。

**CDN**

Windows Azure平台对外通过了CDN(Content Delivery Network)进行内容分发的能力，让Windows Azure上的应用程序可以利用它提供快速且大量内容的服务，截止目前为止，Windows Azure在全球有22个CDN机房，亚太地区包含了日本、韩国、台湾、香港与新加坡等均有机房。
