javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't read input file!问题解决

            "F:/intellij idea3/target/classes/timg.jpg")),0.25f)
            .outputQuality(0.8f).toFile("C:/Users/Administrator/Desktop/timg3.jpg");
        }
    }

写javaweb上传文件时，通过上面第一行代码获取项目的classpath,，然后通过Thumbnails这个库读取从classpath下一张名为“timg.jpg”的图片，最后报出下面这样的异常，这个异常意思顾名思义就是找不到路径

![20190428113640456.png][]去网上各种搜，有的说是windows下分隔符得用\\（basepath打印出来分隔符是/），然后就basepath = basepath.replace('\\',File.separatorChar),结果还是没用。之后又直接在项目classpath下的那张图片右键copy path直接把绝对路径放上去就解决了。

然而用绝对路径不太好，后来各种试才发现之前报错的根本原因：

我的控制台直接打印basepath是这样的结果：

，路径名里带了个%20（其实%20那里是一个空格，也就是路径里带有空格之类的特殊字符导致的bug）！！

重点！重点！解决方法：

1、**basepath=URLDecoder.decode(basepath,"utf-8");**

**2、写成绝对路径："F:/intellij idea3/target/classes/timg.jpg"**

**//这样就能解决掉那个空格的问题了。**
