解决 ImportError: cannot import name '_path' 错误

### 1、问题 ###

当将一个库从一个地方复制到另一个库，就可能会报上面的错误。还有可能会是版本兼容问题，在anaconda下安装了matplotlib，在python3.6下又安装了一个matplotlib，转换解释器后就会报错。使用anaconda作为环境管理，非常方便，里面集成了很多的包。

    找到了解决方法，我是在anaconda的命令窗口下安装的，首先卸载pip uninstall matplotlib ，再安装pip install matplotlib后，就可以解决问题了。
